Our client is looking to hire an Administrative Specialist to handle merchandising for a technology supply company. This position is full time and based in Pearl, Mississippi.
The right candidate for this growing company has a mix of administrative assistant and customer service agent in their professional background. This position offers a great quality of life with 8×5 Monday – Friday (no nights and weekends) with a competitive salary and an opportunity to grow in the company. No out of office travel required.
- Check and maintain proper client inventory letters for customers
- Work with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Assist with collateral for in store displays
- High school degree required – at least Associates degree preferred
- Drivers License
- Must be computer savvy
- Have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excel/Google sheets experience required
Compensation: $38,000 – 40,000 per year DOE
