Want to help care for America’s Heroes?  We are hiring qualified and caring CNAs, LPNs and RNs for all shifts for both full time contract, full time with benefits, and part time work over 20 hours/week.

 

Our team members must respect residents’ rights and individual dignity of residents. Certification required and at least six (6) months of experience in Long Term Care is highly preferred. Experience with memory care patients highly preferred.

 

These professionals must have compassion and understanding of the elderly; desire to work with elderly with chronic disabilities; cheerful, pleasant demeanor; comfortable in role of companion to resident. Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions is required. Must be able to lift, push, or transfer on a continuous basis. Experience working in a total care preferred (bathe, feed,.etc). Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.

 

Requirements

  • Valid government photo ID or driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Satisfactory background check

 

  • CNA
    • 6 months of Long Term Care experience
    • Basic computer skills
    • Valid Mississippi CNA license in good standing
    • Be comfortable in the role of patient companion
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding skills such as lifting, or repositioning patients

 

  • LPN
    • Ability to administer prescribed medication and medical treatments
    • Ability to monitor physical and/or mental conditions
    • Ability to maintain effective communications with patients, families and staff members
    • Completion of state approved/accredited practical nursing program
    • Valid Mississippi LPN license in good standing
    • 1 year of LPN experience

 

  • RN
    • 2 years of RN experience
    • Ability to administer prescribed medication and medical treatments
    • Graduation from a state approved/accredited nursing program
    • Valid MS RN license in good standing
    • Ability to assess and monitor physical and/or mental conditions
    • Ability to provide documentation, prepare reports and maintain patient/client records

 

Compensation Options

Full time with outstanding state benefits or full time contract.

Or part time over 20 hours/week.
