Our client is an equipment manufacturer that is seeking a Customer Support/Inside Sales Specialist to talk to existing customers and referrals about a new product opportunity.
This is a hands on position that will be helping to clean up legacy customer contact data and do email and phone outreach for a new product launch.
This position can be either full time or part time with flexible hours (minimum 4 hours/day – 4 days/week), but it is an onsite position.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic web tools
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM a big plus
- Experience using Constant Contact or MailChimp a plus
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and help qualify existing clients for new sales opportunities
- Work collaboratively to help support Senior Sales Leaders to help close new transactions from existing and/or inactive clients
Pay is hourly – $16-18/hour depending on experience and the number of hours available to work. This is a great opportunity for someone who needs flexible time to balance school and/or family considerations.
